Dr. Shea Matlock
Hello my name is Shea Matlock. I have been a Chiropractor for 19 years. I fell in love with the body and how it works during my years as a division one basketball player. I played one year at UCONN and three years at Georgia Tech, where I earned my bachelors degree. My same passion for basketball was redirected to learning about health and anatomy, more specifically the brain-spine connection. This new love led me to Life University in Marietta, GA. I graduated from Life University in 2002 with a doctorate degree in Chiropractic. I opened my first Chiropractic office in Vinings, GA., where I practiced for six years. I sold the practice in order to raise my two children near family in NJ. I juggled being a mom, a Chiropractor, and a yoga instructor during these years in NJ. I also completed a series of pediatric seminars from the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) over a fifteen-month commitment in PA. I finally found my way back to GA and have settled in nicely at Milton Chiropractic and Massage. When not at the office adjusting I love to hike, do some power yoga, take bike rides, watch my kids play sports, and enjoy a good movie.
